A possible film adaptation of the book has been teased on Bob Ong's Facebook page in March 2016. On February 6, 2020, it was announced that the book will finally be adapted into film, starring Joshua Garcia as Galo which will be directed by Chito S. Roño and will be co-produced by Black Sheep Productions and Regal Entertainment.[3]
Last year, I was suddenly hit by nostalgia. Reading True Philippine Ghost Stories by PSICOM was part of my grade school years so I tried to search online where I can buy second-hand copies of the books (to no avail) and even contacted PSICOM if they have a repository of the e-books where I can buy. There are ebooks in Google Books sold for PhP 100.00 each but I eventually forgot about it.
